With over 15 years experience, I offer Classical Adlerian Therapy - a holistic and common sense approach, combined with Non Violent Communication, Mindfulness, The Work, Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy.
As a member of BACP I practice safely and in alignment with the ethical framework and professional codes of practice.

About me
I am an experienced Adlerian practitioner, trainer and life coach based in Narberth, Pembrokeshire. I offer a wide range of approaches and methods which we can use in conjunction with Classical Adlerian therapy. We can work together to create a solution-focused package that is ideally tailored to your needs, designed to tackle the root cause of issues such as anxiety, depression, or low self esteem, removing the obstacles which often stand in the way of self-acceptance and contentment.
All therapy is client lead and collaborative in nature, allowing for a productive relationship aimed at helping you to accomplish your goals, develop more useful behaviours and achieve healthier relationships.
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma in Adlerian Counselling (ASIIP)
Adlerian Training Certificate (ASOW)
Certificate in Adlerian Family Counselling (BAT)
NVQ Level 3 Promoting Independence.
I have over 15 years of experience in private practice and over 10 years as a trainer/lecturer on some of the most successful Individual Psychology counselling courses in the UK, including The current Diploma in Adlerian counselling run by IPT (Individual Psychology Training CIC).
I have also worked in various other settings where the focus was on specific presentations such as end of life/bereavement, eating disorders and general health & well-being.
I sit on the council for individual psychology (ASIIP) (UK) and also on the training committee for the Institute of Individual Psychology (IIP) (UK). I am also a trustee of the UK society for Individual Psychology and a former trustee of the Adlerian Society of Wales.
Prior to counselling I lectured in Fine Art at the London Institute for 8 years following an MA. in Visual Theory which focussed on the psycho-social construction of meaning within the visual arts.
